Here at Soft Star we are always looking for ways to improve the customer experience.  We began to notice confusion with the the “brown” suede leather. So we decided to change the name from “brown” to “honey”. The actual color has not changed, but we thought “honey” better describes the color of the leather.

With back to school just around the corner, the elves have been busy this week fulfilling orders. This past Monday was the busiest Monday we’ve had in a year! The elves in the workshop were busy last weekend with the annual maintenance of our hydraulic clicker, which we use to cut out all the materials for our shoes. We recently discovered an oil leak under the clicker and had to lift the machine (all one tons of it!!) to install a drip pan underneath. […]
