  • Gift card codes are not sent via email. A physical gift card will be mailed to the shipping address you select during checkout. This means you cannot use a gift card immediately after purchase, but must wait for it to arrive in the mail.
  • Gift cards cannot be sent to locations outside the USA.
  • If you are selecting "Other Amount" then please do not type a dollar sign ($) before your amount.

Softstar gift cards make the perfect present for birthdays, holidays or anytime you want someone to feel special. They're also a great way to give Softstar shoes as a gift if you don't know a person's size or color preferences.

All Softstar gift cards are issued in US Dollars.

Shipping Gift Cards:

Gift cards purchased through our website will be mailed via USPS to the shipping address selected during checkout. If you are ordering a Softstar gift card to be shipped directly to somebody else as a gift then you can include a personal message in the "Notes" field on the payment screen during checkout.

Can a Softstar gift certificate be used on sale priced items?
Yes, Softstar gift cards may be used like cash for any items on our website, including sale items. But keep in mind that all of our gift cards are mailed via USPS (snail mail). We cannot email gift codes or share them over the phone, so it be several days before it is received. If you intend for a gift card to be used with a sale that is currently on our website then please be mindful of the date the sale ends to ensure there is enough time to receive and use the gift card code.
