We do not accept returns or exchanges on clearance shoes sold during this sale. We recommend using our sizing guide to find your shoe size before placing an order. Please contact us with any sizing questions before making your purchase.
First Come, First Serve
Every pair of shoes in our clearance sale is a unique, single item sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

If you click the "Add to Cart" button and see a red notice that says "Product that you are trying to add is not available," then somebody else just purchased that shoe and it is now out of stock.

If you are viewing your shopping cart page before checking out and a red notice below a shoe says "This product is out of stock," then somebody else purchased it after you added it to your cart. You must remove this shoe from your cart to proceed.

If you reach the final payment page and see a red notice saying "Not all of your products are available in the requested quantity," then this means somebody else completed a checkout and purchased one or more of the shoes in your cart after you began the shipping/checkout process. You must return to your shopping cart page and remove the product that is now listed as out of stock in order to proceed.
We understand that this can be very frustrating, especially during the beginning hours of the sale, but we have found this to be the most practical system to facilitate our clearance sale.
Shipping Info
We cannot combine shipping for multiple orders of sale shoes.
We offer free USPS First Class shipping to destinations within the USA and free international shipping when minimum order requirements are met (the header of our website will display these minimum requirements in your local currency). Quality
Clearance shoes are either First Quality, Cosmetic Defect or Irregular.

First Quality: unless otherwise noted, a clearance shoe is First Quality. These shoes are in brand new condition with no defects of any kind. Most of our clearance shoes fit into this category.

Cosmetic Defect: shoes labeled as Cosmetic Defect have extra discounts applied because they show small blemishes in appearance only. These blemishes do not affect the fit, function or durability of the shoe and are often very hard to notice, such as a small dot of oil or glue on the exterior of the shoe. Read the product descriptions of these shoes for full details of their defects.

Irregular: shoes labeled as Irregular are discounted the most and contain flaws that may alter the fit, function or durability of the shoe. Examples would be a scratch in leather that may wear out and tear over time, or a stitching error that affects the size of the shoe. Specific details of a shoe's irregularity can be found in its product description.
Local Pickup
We no longer offer in-store pickup for local customers, but we do offer free First Class shipping. Deliveries to our local zip codes are very fast!
Sale End Date
No end date is set. The sale ends when all the clearance shoes are gone! This usually happens within one week of the sale start date.
