We Have a Sweepstakes Winner! And More to Come...
Our back-to-school sweepstakes has finally come to an end. We were very excited to host this contest and to have the opportunity to support one of your favorite schools or libraries.
After collecting the many entries you submitted, we now have a randomly-selected grand prize winner. And the lucky contestant is...
Russel Moore from Bossier City, Louisiana! He will receive one year's supply of shoes from Soft Star plus a donation of $300 to the school of his choice: Troup Elementary School in Troup, Texas.
We'd like to thank everyone for participating in our sweepstakes. The response exceeded our expectations and we had a load of fun with it. If you're disappointed about missing this one then fear not because we're already thinking of new contest ideas and prizes to give away. Keep following us for news about the next opportunity. If you'd like the most up-to-date information then we recommend subscribing to our monthly email newsletter.
Here's to a great school year!
Martin is a lifelong runner who began wearing minimalist shoes over 10 years ago when he found they alleviated his chronic foot pain, which eventually disappeared completely. He further studied proper running form through a series of workshops taught by Correct Toes inventor, Dr. Ray McClanahan DPM. Martin has collaborated with several health care professionals to collect and share peer-reviewed studies that show the benefits of minimalist footwear. In his personal life, Martin loves living in the Pacific Northwest because it allows him to enjoy a variety of outdoor activities year-round, including hiking, cycling, rock climbing, surfing and snowboarding.
