Returns and Exchanges

We provide free outbound shipping to all destinations within the USA and Canada via USPS First Class mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.


Return/Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on all shoes that are still in brand new condition, even if you customized them with your own unique colors and motifs.

There are some exceptions to this policy. These conditions will make your shoes non-returnable and non-exchageable:

  • Shoes that are dirty or show signs of wear.
  • Shoes treated with leathercare products.
  • Shoes sold in our semi-annual clearance sale (which are labeled as non-returnable at time of purchase).
  • Made-to-order shoes that require bespoke design work (we will warn you the shoes are non-returnable before we begin the work).
  • Shoes are non-returnable after 45 days of delivery date.

How to Return or Exchange Your Shoes

If your shoes meet the conditions above then you may return them for a refund or exchange them for another pair

  • Returns for Refund: your refund will be processed when we receive your shoes at our Oregon workshop.
  • Exchanges: you may exchange your new shoes for a different style, size or color. If you are exchanging your shoes for a less expensive style we will refund the difference. If you are exchanging for a more expensive style then we will contact you for payment of the price difference. If you prefer, you can simply return your shoes for a refund and order a new pair at your own convenience, but note that the refund will not be processed until your shoes arrive at our workshop. You can then place a new order for your new sizes or colors either online or by phone.

To return or exchange your shoes, simply send them back to us with an explanation of whether you want a refund or exchange (and details of your desired exchange). There is a return address label and information form on the back of the invoice that arrived with your shoes, which you can complete with your return. If you no longer have your invoice then you can download and print the back of the invoice yourself:

We strongly recommend getting a tracking number when you ship your shoes back to us in case there are any problems with the delivery service.

IMPORTANT: Remember to include your name and order number with all returns. Exchanges cannot be issued if we don't know where the shoes came from!

Note to international customers: If you place an exchange order online, we recommend leaving a note in the comments field of the checkout process to tell us it is an exchange. Doing so may save you customs fees upon delivery (depending on your country's postal guidelines).
