Original Post from 7/27/12:
There’s some excitement buzzing around the workshop as C.Elf.O. Larkin enters her eighth month of pregnancy! It isn’t every day that we get to welcome a new elf into the Softstar community and everyone is bursting with anticipation. We’re already arguing over the best color combination for the little one’s buttercup mocs.
C.Elf.O. Larkin, eight months pregnant. Thanks to Tina Buescher for the great photo!
Already the mother of two boys, Larkin is no stranger to a busy life. Her sons are regular visitors to the Softstar workshop where they share their drawings and Lego creations with all the elves at work. Larkin has managed to juggle raising a family, running a shoe company and being pregnant all at once, yet she still finds time to enjoy a ball game with the rest of the elves. We’re all very proud of her and anxious to meet the newcomer.
Larkin and husband Jay have already decided the baby’s name. Although they’re keeping it a secret, they’re curious if anyone can guess it and have offered these clues:
- It’s a boy.
- Their first two children were named after poets (Langston & Kahlil).
If you’d like to make a guess, we’d love to hear it! To share your guesses, we ask that you post them on our Facebook page under the July 27 post. If you don't use Facebook, you're welcome to post your guess in the comments below. We’ll let you know the actual name after we meet the little guy, who is due at the end of August.
And for those of you keeping track, C.Elf.O. Tricia already has three children of her own, so we will soon have a tie score.
